Choosing your wedding musicians can be tricky if you have no idea at all. Some clients have very clear vision of what they wish for their events but to those who leave the details to the suppliers, the challenges are endless.
# 1 : UNDERSTAND YOUR VENUE Bear in mind the capacity of your event's place. A duo or trio would suffice for an intimate wedding set up. For large ballrooms, you may opt for a band, an ensemble or better yet an orchestra. # 2: GUEST EXPECTANCY If your wedding will be full of mature relatives , the best pick is a group catering to old songs or standards like a string orchestra or Big Band of wind instruments. If your guests are ranging from 25 - 45 year old, then a string quartet playing their renditions of Coldplay's Paradise would be nice or Dare you to move by the Switchfoot. # 3: BUDGET This is always a thing to consider. You don't have to skip booking a musician just because you cannot afford it. You may hire a pianist who sings or guitar who sings to serenade you and play instrumental music in between your speeches and dances. Ask for expert advise for a modified and customised group that would suit your needs. Here are some questions we ask clients before hey decide which ones to book: 1. what is your budget? 2. what instruments do you wish to be booked? 3. we suggest the following formula in booking musicians
